Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Asli Products is a price comparison website. We do not sell, ship or take payment for any product, so we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Your purchase is a contract between you and the store you buy from.
Who handles what
- Returns and refunds: the store that sold you the item.
- Warranty and repairs: the store or the brand's authorised service centre, as stated by the store.
- Delivery and tracking: the store or the courier it uses.
- Price and stock: set by the store. We show what the store published when we last refreshed the data.
Before you buy
- Open the store page from the product's buy button and check the price, stock and delivery charges there.
- Read the store's own return and warranty policy, and ask in writing, for example on WhatsApp, if anything is unclear.
- For used or refurbished items, ask about condition, battery health and the warranty period.
- For phones, check that the model is PTA approved.
When you receive the item
- Keep the invoice, box and any warranty card.
- Check the item as soon as it arrives, ideally while recording an unboxing video, and report problems to the store straight away.
- Use cash on delivery or a payment method that gives you proof of payment when the store offers it.
