The Xiaomi Truclean W30 Pro Wet Dry Vacuum is designed to handle everyday floor cleaning without requiring separate vacuuming and mopping sessions. Its wet-and-dry cleaning system combines powerful suction with an actively rotating roller brush, allowing it to pick up dry particles, hair, liquid spills and stubborn floor stains in a single cleaning process.

Its main motor delivers up to 18,000Pa of suction pressure, while the roller brush rotates at approximately 450rpm to scrub the floor surface. Xiaomi’s system also applies 20N of downward pressure, helping maintain stronger contact between the brush and the floor when dealing with more persistent dirt.

Hair management is another major part of the W30 Pro’s design. Its four-stage anti-tangling system combines a V-shaped suction opening, specialized scrapers and high suction to capture and direct hair into the collection system. Xiaomi states that the system can handle up to 3,000 long strands of hair under its specified testing conditions, although no anti-tangle system can completely eliminate tangling in every situation.

The vacuum is equipped with a 1,000ml clean-water tank and 700ml dirty-water tank. Fresh water is continuously supplied to the roller during operation, while extracted moisture and debris are directed into the dirty-water container. This allows the W30 Pro to wash and vacuum floors at the same time instead of requiring a separate dry vacuuming step before mopping.

For cleaning beneath furniture, the W30 Pro features a 180° lie-flat design. When positioned close to the floor, the unit can reach spaces as low as approximately 13.7cm, with Xiaomi specifying a maximum tested reach of up to 104cm underneath furniture. This makes it particularly useful for cleaning areas that are difficult to access with conventional upright cleaners.

The roller brush is designed to work close to walls and corners, helping reduce the amount of uncleaned space left along edges. Its high-density fibre construction also provides strong water absorption and retention, supporting both wet cleaning and moisture removal during operation.

After cleaning, the vacuum can perform an automatic roller-brush cleaning cycle using hot water. The process is designed to loosen dirt and help reduce unpleasant odours without requiring the roller to be manually washed after every use. Once the cleaning cycle is complete, the base uses 80°C hot air to dry the roller. A fast-drying mode can complete the drying process in approximately 15 minutes, while the heating plate in the base can reach up to 100°C under specified test conditions.

The W30 Pro also incorporates several mechanisms designed to minimize residual water on the floor. Controlled water delivery, high-efficiency absorption, a water-removal scraper and the wide suction opening work together to collect excess moisture while cleaning, helping floors become usable again sooner.

Power comes from a 4,000mAh battery, providing up to 40 minutes of cleaning time under Xiaomi’s specified conditions. The lower-positioned clean-water tank helps lower the centre of gravity, making the machine easier to handle while also increasing the pressure applied by the roller to the floor.
