Rig up your Nikon Z5, Z6 ii , Z7 ii with the C-Nikon Z5, Z6 ii , Z7 ii Cage. The formfitting, open design protects your camera while maintaining access to the camera’s controls, ports, battery, and card slot. Tailor-made for the Nikon Z5, Z6 ii , Z7 ii , the cage provides a cold shoe on the top right corner so you can easily mount a microphone without getting in the way of your camera’s display. Other accessory mounting points include multiple 1/4″-20 threaded holes, ARRI-style locating holes for mounting a magic arm (available separately), holes for mounting a wooden handle and a lens holder (both available separately), and both 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 screw holes on the bottom.
Built from aluminum for durability, the cage uses three fixing points to ensure a solid connection to your camera. On the sides of the camera-mounting screw, there are protective pads so the bottom of your camera doesn’t get scratched. The right side of the cage has a rounded contour for a comfortable grip.
